Hello, I am Kristina and I am a co-founder of “Life in the New Energy.” 

 

My passion is - and has been my whole life - to expand my consciousness to my true being and ultimately to embody it here on Earth as best as I can.

 

Precisely because this has always been my main focus, even when I started my family and raised my children with joy and devotion, I am familiar with many of the issues, difficulties, fears, doubts, and other problems that one may encounter on this journey.

 

As soon as someone allows more awareness, and thus more light, to flow into their body and life, it turns them upside down. This is accompanied by a constant letting go of everything that the person has held on to and that has given them security. Thoughts, feelings, ideas about how the world works, jobs, people, matter in all its forms. A constant letting go of everything that was accepted as TRUE in the illusion of a separate life, on the way to nothingness and silence. This SILENCE and this NOTHINGNESS enable us to meet the true core of BEING. This encounter actually brings with it the deepest joy, love, and safety - something that people often long for throughout their lives. However, it is completely different from what many people expect.

 

In the New Age scene, people like to mention only the beautiful results that the journey to consciousness without separation (as I like to call enlightenment) is supposed to bring you. And although, in my experience, none of these miracles are impossible, our human existence often experiences the exact opposite. And when people do not achieve those beautiful experiences, they feel like “failures.”

 

From the moment (at the latest) when a person begins their awakening process (the soul is always awake) and the light of their consciousness begins to flow more and more into their life, gradually EVERYTHING is illuminated and EVERYTHING returns to the surface of human consciousness:

fears

shame and guilt

lack of (self-)love

anger and hatred

and also your true greatness

sensitivity and emotionality

your love for all things

lots of energy

etc.

 

The fragile balance of security that humans have drawn from what they believed to be right or true is dissolving. This feeling of loss of control, when false ego assumptions begin to become conscious, often brings no sense of well-being at first, but rather suffering. Humans do not really like to give up control. And yet, at the same time, in awakening we experience truth and, with it, moments of pure joy and love. 

 

You walk your path alone. You have already planned it perfectly on another level. Nothing you have experienced so far was wrong. Your inner GUIDE is always with you, whether you perceive it and perhaps even communicate with it or not.

 

So what can I do to make your journey easier or more peaceful for you?

 

I can share with you the experiences I have gathered and lived through on my eons-long journey from a separated human to an awakened human being who wants to spend some time here on Earth showing others the joy of the I AM experience – of a magical "Life in the New Energy”
