Right of revocation
​
As a European consumer, you have the right to cancel a contract concluded with us online within fourteen days without giving any reason.
​
You do not have this right of withdrawal if you expressly agreed when making your booking/purchase that we should begin providing the service before the end of the withdrawal period and this service has been provided in full. If we have provided part of the service, you no longer have a right of withdrawal for the service already provided.
Furthermore, you can voluntarily waive your right of withdrawal in order to begin a coaching within the 14-day withdrawal period.
In the case of digital content, you lose your right of withdrawal if you agree to receive immediate access to the entire content.

Start of the withdrawal period for coaching/coaching programs

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract. The contract is concluded on the day on which you receive a confirmation email from us after the successful booking/purchase.

by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from a contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you within fourteen days of the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For the refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
If you made the payment by bank transfer, please provide us with your account details, as we may only be able to see some of your account details on the bank statement.
If you have agreed that we should begin providing services before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period, you must also pay us for these services (fee) and are not entitled to a refund.

Unfortunately, non-refundable booking fees charged to us (e.g. by our credit card payment provider) cannot be refunded, as we would have to pay them out of our own pocket.

(2) The presentation of our services on the website does not constitute a binding offer on our part. Only your booking of a service constitutes a binding offer in accordance with § 145 BGB (German Civil Code). If you accept this offer, we will send you a booking confirmation by email. This constitutes the conclusion of the contract for the booking/purchase.
